Real Life Person, Bob Nelson says, Bat's Brew Hot Sauce is one we picked up several years ago in New Orleans, and we're on our second bottle now. It's comparable in heat to Tabasco, in my opinion, maybe a little hotter. (Amazingly, Tabasco seems to be the ONLY hot sauce NOT in your index or on your list!). Bat's Brew is, however, something you have to accept on faith the first time, because it looks absolutely disgusting: a dark greenish brown that you could easily convince someone USED to be a bunch of bugs before you whipped 'em up in the blender.
